Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns. However, we will gladly offer an exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The exchange will cover the cost of the product, however, you will be responsible for shipping costs for the both the new and returned product. 

We cannot accept exchanges on warn or washed items. 

All exchanges must be done within 7 days of receipt. 

Shipping

All orders will be processed within 2-3 weeks of order date unless otherwise stated. All orders are shipped via USPS, and customers are responsible for all costs associated with the shipment. All customers will be provided with tracking information.

H2C cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Please contact your local Post Office for these rare situations.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from time of shipment for delivery. Delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises. If you are having delivery issues, please reach out to your local Post Office before contacting us. Once the package leaves our premises we are no longer able to be held responsible for the delivery.

Discounts & Sales

Codes cannot be combined with other codes. Codes must be entered before check out completion. We cannot go back and add the discount to your existing order. 

Any exchanges made using a discount code will only be exchange for the amount paid.
